Healthy Food For Kids

         We all know that good nutrition is important for all ages and stages of life. Especially for babies, young children and children because they require a variety of vitamins and minerals balanced to help the body and mind grow and become mature. To ensure that children get  a balanced and healthy food, we must follow the guidelines for Malaysian food pyramid as a guide.

        Already a last child norm is not interested in vegetables and fruits because it has a bitter taste and have no taste. But fruits and vegetables are especially important to children's health because they are important to help their growth and improving immunity of any disease. As a parents needs a creative in providing children's food menu so that their sense of interest in vegetables and fruits. Parents also needs making fruits and vegetables as a daily routine and mandatory menu before eating.


       In addition, parents also needs to play a part in knowing a nutritious meal to their children. We must set a schedule packed, so that with a balanced nutrition help children unable to physical growth and the development of a healthy brain. Source of carbohydrates to provide energy to the children. Energy is important so that children can concentrate while studying and active in play.


         In conclusion, we must care about healthy eating for children because good health is essential for children. Children must be exposed to a variety of nutritious foods since small.
