The habit is unhealthy habits. Eat fast food does not provide nutrition to children if taken frequently are contributing to the obesity problems. In addition, the eating habits that is not balanced will increase the risk of related illness with obesity. Children should be introduced to the food pyramid for balanced food their take. Children should be cultivated since young again by using the techniques and approaches. This approach is able to improve knowledge, attitude and dietary habits of children and they know discipline themselves in order to be able to prevent the problem of obesity.
In addition, children should be doing exercise to maintain a healthy body and to carry out exercise every week at least twice a week in this way can help improve the active the body of the child.
In conclusion, the problem of obesity in children must be addressed to avoid bad things happening. Obesity due to unhealthy diets and lack of exercise can be avoided if the child change food intake and lifestyle.
